En rapport från dom Engelska 250cc förarna.
"Just back after 2,500 mile round trip, not counting the Channel ferry and Germany to Denmark ferries.
Interesting weekend with Luke Lawrence and Roy achieving an excellent 8th place and Alex 13th. Molina was his usual class act with pole and race win, such a professional set up which we can learn a lot from
The track was very bumpy, four first gear corners, loads of camber changes and one straight. Spectating is superb with 98% of the track visible from the pit wall.
Good bits, Thurdsday PM and Friday AM free practice, free (no cost) to all non Scandinavian riders to help with travel costs. Friendly organisation, track owned by Englishman, fair ground, live music Friday and Saturday nights (we were in bed), good spectator numbers and with such a short track 2.4k loads of laps in 1/2 hour session as well as low fuel consumption.
Bad bits, they dont stop the racing unless it's really bad. White flag means ambulance on track, near the track and driving on the track, practice and race. It only rained at around 3pm each day, 250 practice time! Limited loos for the number of people but they are investing heavily. Oh and loads and loads of bumps which were there before they resurfaced and are still there. There is an uphill hairpin, fortunately with run off, which seemed to bottom the forks no matter what we did. The gravel traps are full of some on stuff that seems to destroy bikes and according to Alex tastes different to the UK gravel!
Will we go next year if there is a round, you bet. What I would change is the route and I would probably go for a longer ferry crossing to save driving."
