Shouldn't be much of a problem.
There's an EU standard for the equivalent of your certificat de conformite and carte grise, as long as you have those there's not much stopping you

EDIT: Just saw now that the bike in the ad isn't registered, so this one will be hard.
But as long as you buy a registered bike it should be pretty easy.
