The correct answer is 0,2‰ but consider it as zero.
You still have 0,5‰ in France right?

I don't know what the current rules say but I read an article a year ago or so that said that if you get caught with alcohol in your blood ( between 0,02% and 0.099% you will be looking at a 500-800+ euro fine but they wont take your license unless you are from Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland.

If you damage stuff, if you have 0.1% alcohol or more, or if ur found guilty for creating a car accident you will be looking at jail time and a huge fine.

So, yea 0.02% is very little but then again it's better to just leave the bike at home if ur feeling hung over or better yet, drunk

Okay thank you Paser, Yes In France the limit is 0,5 g of alcohol by liter of blood.
About 20 years the limit was 0,8.

You look very strict with that in Sweden, It's a good thing I think. In my Country if you are a young license driver (3 years) the limit of alcohol is 0, you can't drink alcohol. It's a good thing too, alcohol when you drive is very dangerous.

Sometimes it happens to me to take my bike when I have drink 1 or 2 beers... Is it shocking for you ? Let me know what you think about that...

Depends what cop you meet of course

Stupid cops will give u a ticket for speeding 10 km/h if you're unlucky while others dont care at all unless you're doing 30 or more above the speed limit.

It's all about luck.

Okay, I see it's available in any country.

Have you seen that when you get caught by cops (2) there is allways a cool cop and a bad cop.
Every time I get arrested, I hope that the cool cops advice will win against the bad cop.
